UniverSoul Circus performers visiting Central Library on Tuesday, April 10
 
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Members of the UniverSoul Circus will present a mini-performance and Q&A at the Central Library downtown from 4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10. 

Their appearance is free and open to the public, and comes as the troupe that has performed across the nation brings its 25th anniversary celebratory tour to Birmingham. The circus will have ticket and merchandise giveaways for attendees. Birmingham hip-hop station WBHJ-FM 95.7 JAMZ will do a live broadcast on-site at the Central Library beginning at 3 p.m.

Earlier in 2018, in a special outdoor ceremony in Sarasota, FL, The Circus Ring of Fame Foundation, Inc. selected UniverSoul founder Cedric Walker for induction into the prestigious Circus Ring of Fame in recognition of his “outstanding contributions to circus arts and culture.”
